- What is pandemic? Describe a pandemic that you have heard about in the history.

- An outbreak of a disease that occurs over a wide geographic area (such as multiple countries or continents) and typically affects a significant proportion of the population is a pandemic outbreak of a disease.
Pandemics only occur every 100 years. Although, it's difficult to predict about the occurence of it. It may come anywhere, in any country aroud the world.
- Obviously, Corona Virus is a pandemic because it started from China, a country in South East Asia and gradually it spread out in most of the countries around the world. There are hardly a few countries, where people do not have to suffer from Corona Virus disease. Due to the globalizaion and the rapid movement of people nowadays, it spreaded everywhere. Therefore, it's a pandemic because 6.6million pople lost their lives globally. So, undoubtedly it's a pandemic.
- Yes, I do think that human behaviour is responsible for the pandemic because humans havew been destroying nature and they have disturbed the life of other living creatures. They sell,kill and misuse other living being and consider themselves as a supreme creature. They treat other living creatures in a very bad manner and cruel way. So, they need to be punished for their action. Hence, human behaviour is responsible for the pandemic.
Summary of the poem
The poem "Corona Says" has been composed by the poet Vishnu S. Rai is known as a poet of human emotions. His English poems are taught in Nepal kand abroad. Rai writes poems, stories (both in English and Nepali), plays, travelogues and novel.
The poem "Corona Says" hasbeen composed on the theme of present world crisis Corona and its devastating impact on human life. In this poem, 'Corona' has beem presented as 'a speaker' and all the humans are presented as a 'listener'. Corona tells that humans are responsible for the miseries of themselves and also marns them to change their attitude and opinion.
In the 1st stanza, Corona states them to stop cursing Corona and reveals that it has not arrived to this world of its own will rather it has been invited by humans. The speaker makes it clear that people keep the record of the number of dead people because of Corona Virus but more people hav been killed in different kinds of wars, conflicts and crimes which are caused by humans themselves.
In the 2nd stanza, the speaker wants to make humans aware and tells thateveryliving being have their own values and potentials. It urges humans not to seize the rights of living creatures. Humans can not do anything alone in the absence of plants, animals and birds.
In the 3rd stanza, Corona states that the level of pollution has been increased because of multiple activities of humans. They are solely responsible for the increased pollution too. Corona wants to make them realize that how it feels to live in a cage.
Humans lock animals in a cage, so they deserve to feel it for themselves. Corona makes it clear that this Earth is not property of humans rather it should be used by rest of the living beings equally.
Finally, in the last stanze, Corona warns that it will definately go from this world but if humans won't change their behaviour and attitude, another pandmic will come and ruin their lives. So humans must change their perspectives and conserve greeneries, animals and birds instead of destroying them.
